Working in the Community We believe in working with local communities to achieve shared aims and this is often by working with housing associations or in the general community as a whole. We participated in South London Jobs Fair 2012 and through this offered a number of positions to the local community and housing association residents. We have also worked with 3d for change to offer work placements, work experience and further job opportunities to housing association residents. We advertise all our job vacancies on job centre plus and to our housing association residents to actively try and assist with getting the unemployed back into employment.
